Artisanal pasta by Senatore Cappelli,
Bronze drawn, slowly dried
at low temperature. The drawing at
bronze gives them roughness, favoring
the absorption of condiments. The tool
with which they are prepared, called
guitar, gives the pasta a
square section. They are typical of the areas
central-southern Adriatic.
